With your Tutorial purchase we grant you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Tutorial content and view your course(s). You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of Tanielle Jai Pty Ltd, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Service.
violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, or any regulations having the force of law.
impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from the Service by electronic or other means for the purposes of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications.
advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose that is not specifically authorized.
further or promote any criminal activity or enterprise or provide instructional information about illegal activities; or
obtain or attempt to access or otherwise obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Service.

User accounts, Password and Security

As a user of this website, you may be asked to register with Tanielle Jai Pty Ltd and The Tutorial and provide private information. You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current and complete information about yourself and you accept that you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 13 years of age, you are not authorised to use the service, with or without registering. In addition, if you are under 18 years old, you may use the service, with or without registering, only with the approval of your parent or guardian.

If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the website, you agree to inform us immediately so we may address it accordingly, you also agree to exit out of each session when using the Tutorial.

This Agreement is an understanding between Tanielle Jai Pty Ltd and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
